The Paragon Society, is a group of like-minded local firefighters who believe that through community outreach, mentoring, modeling, and educational programs - we will reveal the sometimes-obscure paths to this amazing career. We hope to inspire our community, spark interest, increase applications for the job, and have more of community members hired and promoted within their fire departments.
